Founded in 2024, Call to Country is an First Nation's owned and led business dedicated to creating positive socio-economic outcomes for First Nation's people. with over 70+ years of collective experience, our team is driven by deep commitment to uplift cultural competency across our nation by creating a shared understanding of our nation's history and embedding Indigenous knowledge and perspective into daily decision making. We believe that by doing this, it will create more inclusive and unified nation built on respect.

We embrace diversity and use our collective cultural knowledge and industry experience to co-design solutions that can be scaled across small to large scale organisations.
Our Vision
Call to Country is committed to elevating First Nation’s voices and perspectives to drive meaningful change across Australia for First Nation’s people, through education. We aim to help change the hearts and mind of Australian’s by partnering with organisations to embed cultural capability from the frontline all the way to the boardroom. We will do this by developing a shared understanding of our country’s history through truth telling, embed cultural knowledge by connecting organisations with First Nation’s experts, enabling organisations to become leaders and trusted partners with First Nation’s communities.
What we do
At Call to Country, we specialise in helping organisations map their organisational needs to industry best practice approaches to uplift cultural capability within their organisation. Our technology solutions aim to act as a “cultural coach in a pocket” to help transform the learning experience with inspiring and engaging learning content developed by Indigenous content creators and help connect organisations with Indigenous experts for on demand advice and coaching. We work with organisations to ensure their unique needs and aspirations are met enabling them to deliver meaningful change like never before.
